Sales Executive

Looking for a Junior Sales Executive into the Food Industry to lead and manage commercial activities across assigned markets and countries. This role involves strategic planning, customer relationship management and coordination with internal departments.

Objectives:

  • Achieve sales targets (volume and margin) as per the Sales Budget.

  • Deeply understand markets, cocoa products, and customer needs to maximize satisfaction and profitability.

Tasks and functions:

  • Prepare and manage the sales budget per market, country, and customer.

  • Oversee distributors and agents, providing training and information to promote Indcresa products.

  • Monitor market and customer performance, taking corrective actions when needed.

  • Ensure planned and actual sales align with strategic objectives.

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of cocoa products, applications, markets, and customer needs.

  • Support other departments and lead customer relations, including incident resolution and coordination.

Main Tasks:

  • Analyse sales data periodically and take action to meet budget goals.

  • Maintain monthly contact with direct customers

  • Negotiate pricing and sales conditions with distributors, agents, and clients.

  • Draft and communicate customer contracts, coordinating with Logistics, R&D, and QA.

  • Collaborate on demand planning and customer forecasts with relevant departments.

  • Provide materials and information to support distributors and customers.

  • Monitor KPIs and report market evolution.

  • Coordinate new product approvals and identify development opportunities.

  • Address technical and satisfaction issues with R&D and QA.

  • Analyse market data and trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international sales and market development.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across departments.

  • Willingness to travel and adapt to different market environments.
