Job Summary:
Your employment duties will consist of a Clinical Specialist I as required by the Company and listed below. This list is not to be taken as fixed or exhaustive however, and you will be expected to perform any reasonable employment task assigned by a leader.
The Clinical Specialist I will engage our customers on the frontline, they will assist the team in understanding customer requirements and workflows to build the solution they need. This includes cataloguing and documenting system and work processes and in order to discover functional needs for the integration of Timeless Medical products. The Clinical Specialist I will travel to hospitals to provide direct customer support throughout the implementation process.

Job Duties:
- Engage directly with the customer's hospital clinical team to provide strategic support for TMS software implementation.
- Analyze customer needs to determine the recommended workflows and help the customer better understand the clinical practice change management needed for a successful adoption.
- Act as an information source and communicator between the customer's clinical team and internal departments.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the implementation is set up for success and project goals will be achieved.
- Monitor project progress by tracking assigned activities and resolving workflow issues in a timely manner.
- Recommend best practices to customers and provide the clinical proof to drive workflow change management.
- Support the analysis, design, implementation, evaluation, optimization, and maintenance of Timeless Medical products and projects.
- Show a comprehensive understanding of clinical care and practice standards, patient flow, and operational processes.
- Develop and execute customer training plans to ensure the recommended workflows have a high adoption rate.
- Determine valuable product enhancements and submit the requests to ensure the Timeless Medical products stay current and relevant to current hospital operational practices and workflows.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of TMS software applications and products.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with Registered Dietician credential and related Clinical Leadership required, with a Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years direct work experience in a milk lab environment preferred.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical information.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing clinical and technical requirements.
- Ability to write operational procedures in both technical and user-oriented language.
- Ability to troubleshoot clinical process changes, errors, and subsequent modifications; must be able to do this with the work of other project team members.
- Ability to interpret the operational requirements of end-users, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter and highly motivated to make proactive changes.
- Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback.
- Effective deadline management.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, GDrive)
- Must reside within 1 hour of major international airport
- Bonus points for experience using Timeless Medical Systems' software
Work Conditions:
- Extensive Travel 50%
- Operation of desktop computer and peripherals
- Flexible hours including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays
- Working from home and in a busy hospital environment with frequent interruptions
