Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and staff entering the lobby
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate areas
  • Answer and redirect calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Execute security emergency procedures and communicate effectively during critical situations
  • Perform morning opening procedures at the Institute

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle interruptions efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum age of 18 years and a high school diploma or equivalent
