Role Overview:

As a Regional Manager, you will oversee day-to-day business operations, drive sales growth, and manage a high-performing team. You will play a critical role in optimizing service delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability while learning our business model and culture. Relocation will be required with equity opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance team to meet business goals.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, payroll, expenses, and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain exceptional service standards and build long-term client relationships.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new growth opportunities and participate in launching franchise locations.
  • Entrepreneurial Development: Learn the operational/business system with the goal of future ownership.

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales, property management, home services, or hospitality industries.
