The Retail Brand Representative is at the core of how we do what we do. This role is responsible for communicating face-to-face with customers about our clients and representing their brand, they are at the forefront of the entire sales process. We are looking for individuals who have strong communication skills, experience working with people in various capacities, and who are motivated to grow and develop in a sales atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Communicating with customers face-to-face in a retail setting, promoting our client's brand, products, and promotional offers
  • Upholding company service standards through clear communication, rapport-building, and honest brand representation with customers
  • Collaborating in a team setting weekly to establish company goals, set expectations, and improve strategy for success
  • Developing in sales experience and leadership alongside company leaders to grow professionally and refine sales and branding skills
