We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced server to join our team at The Bulldog Lowertown, a full-service restaurant known for its exceptional experience. The server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The position is part-time and must have dayside and night availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
  • Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
  • Process customer payments and handle cash transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide a smooth dining experience

Qualifications:

  • Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
