Material Planner

Job Description:
1.Prepare Material Requirements Planning (MRP) according to the production schedule to ensure timely supply of materials.(30%)
2.Track purchase order execution, monitor material deliveries, and coordinate solutions for shortages or delays. (30%)
3.Manage and control inventory levels, establish appropriate safety stock, and avoid shortages or excess inventory. (5%)
4.Maintain close communication with purchasing, warehouse, production, and quality departments to ensure material supply matches production plans. (20%)
5.Regularly analyze inventory turnover and material planning performance, and provide optimization suggestions. (5%)
6.Maintain material master data in the system to ensure accuracy and completeness. (10%)
Basic qualifications (education, professional work experience, values, language), etc.
- College degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in reading, listening, and writing in both Chinese and English.
Comprehensive skills requirements (professional knowledge, professional skills, general skills, etc.
- Familiar with MRP/ERP systems and material planning processes, with experience in inventory management.
- Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills.
