Property Manager (Multi-Site)

Glendale, CA | Pasadena, CA | Burbank, CA

  • $65,000 base salary + commission OVERVIEW

An established property management firm is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio of 200+ market-rate residential units across Glendale, Pasadena, and Burbank. This is a non-onsite, field-based role requiring regular travel between properties. The ideal candidate is self-directed, highly organized, and well-versed in California housing regulations and multi-site operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for a multi-location residential portfolio of 200+ units
  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance teams, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective work
  • Manage and track work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, resolving inquiries and service requests
  • Handle leasing and renewals, including unit showings, applications, and screenings
  • Support marketing efforts by listing units and increasing property visibility
  • Conduct regular property inspections and recommend operational or capital improvements
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and all local, county, and state regulations
    Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and operational records

WHAT IT TAKES

  • 3+ years of property management experience , including multi-site oversight

Experience managing 200+ residential units across multiple locations (required)
- Active California Real Estate License
- Valid California driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and California tenant/landlord regulations
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
