Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and possess excellent customer service skills. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. The Eyelash Specialist will also be responsible for promoting additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction.

Duties

  • Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client comfort throughout the process
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with industry standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering personalized recommendations
  • Manage appointments using salon software such as MINDBODY, ensuring an organized schedule
  • Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling retail sales
  • Promote additional services such as hair extensions, body waxing, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions
  • Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience

Requirements

  • Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in beauty services
  • Proven experience in eyelash extensions application; additional skills in hair styling, makeup application, or body waxing are a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
  • Experience with salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) for appointment management is preferred
  • Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to enhance client experiences
  • Ability to perform additional beauty treatments such as tattooing, hair threading, or deep tissue massage is advantageous
  • Previous experience in a med spa setting or hospitality industry is beneficial
