Position Overview

The Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise- level solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This includes customizing and extending Dynamics 365 applications, configuring workflows, and integrating external systems. The developer collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CRM, ERP modules).
  • Leverage Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs, including developing plugins, workflows, integrations, and custom entities using X++, C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
  • Configure and maintain standard workflows and business processes.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external systems and develop SSRS/PowerBi reports.
  • Administer Azure DevOps organization, code changes, tests, and deployment.
  • Develop and execute automated test scenarios, conduct go-live tests and troubleshoot operational/user issues.
  • Collaborate with business executives, IT leadership, system analysts, and end users to gather requirements, develop system designs, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and all projects.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues.
  • Ensure software security and optimize system performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features and updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and modules (F&O, CRM, ERP).
  • Experience with customization and configuration of Dynamics 365, including SSRS, PowerBI, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Common Data Service (CDS), Power Platform, and API development.
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and EDI.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to drive projects and tasks to completion.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with T-SQL (Transact SQL), Stored Procedures, and Triggers.
  • Professional program certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
  • Experience developing software utilizing various coding languages (Java, C++, PHP, etc.).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
