Role Description

This is a remote role for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO). The CSO will oversee the development and execution of the company's sales strategy, manage and mentor the sales team, and achieve revenue growth targets. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, driving enterprise sales initiatives, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. The CSO will play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and enhancing customer retention while maintaining a focus on long-term business growth.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and strategic planning skills, including team management, goal setting, and mentoring
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, client relationship management, and deal negotiation
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and execute sales strategies
  • Experience with field service management, SaaS solutions, or technology-based product sales is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics to drive data-informed decisions
  • Flexibility to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
