Full Time Grade 8 Math Teacher 2025/26 School Year

We have a current opening for a Grade 8 Math Teacher to join our school This position includes working with a Math Interventionist each period for all classes. This Interventionist works at the Grade 8 Math Teacher's discretion in order to support students with learning gaps based on data in the classroom setting.

Additional requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required, in the area of certification preferred.
• Ability to Pass relevant MTEL/Praxis requirements within one year of employment
• Experience using technology in the classroom preferred.
• At least one year of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to relate well to others.

REPORTS TO: Principal

SUPERVISION: Oversees work of paraprofessionals in the classroom. As directed by the Principal, may contribute to paraprofessional annual evaluation.
