Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. This role requires a strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The Medical Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical product demonstrations and strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned territories.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
- Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2C sales within the medical or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Demonstrated ability in account management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Leadership qualities that enable guiding clients through the sales process effectively.
