WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the Senior PLM – Sport Moments & Licensed you will be responsible for all Product Line Management deliverables for our "Sport Moments" collections and Licensed product (TEAM and NCAA). You will work closely with a variety of important partners and critical cross-functional teams to align on end-to-end strategies and processes that best serve the consumer. You'll spend time working with and creating product for the world's best athletes to continue pushing Jordan apparel into the future. You will need to ensure that you are driving all areas of the creation process to meet key deliverables each season across a multitude of calendars and timelines.

We're seeking someone with great product acumen, with a passion for basketball and serving athletes. It is critical to be an expert at collaboration and enjoy working among various teams. This person needs to have an astute passion for apparel, effective verbal/written communication skills, great presentation skills, the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree or will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 2-4 years of experience in product-related role
  • Strong product creation and intuition for business
  • Creativity and passion for product, fashion, color and style
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • General understanding of apparel product construction and sourcing process
  • Able to lead and influence a team and enable collaborative working relationships
  • Attention to detail and deadlines
  • Necessary Skills/Tools: Visual Tool Creation (Powerpoint/Keynote/Miro), Excel Skills, Retail Math, Smartsheets
  • Domestic and international travel (limited Int'l) required (±15% of time on the road)

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will work daily with our design, development, brand, and merchandising teams to create compelling apparel collections seasonally and create assortments to ensure our licensed teams have access to our best product. You will also work closely with Sports Marketing, Men's footwear, Men's Streetwear apparel, Women's apparel, and Kids' apparel teams to develop line plans and implement future product apparel strategies.

You will be seen as a leader for the business, expected to keep projects on task and communicate regularly to both internal and external partners. You will work closely with your triad team each week to deliver on product creation calendar timelines, including product briefs, design reviews, external partner reviews and approvals, and sample order management and deadlines.
