About the Role:

As an Apprentice HVAC Technician, you'll have the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in the trades—all while working on impactful commercial and industrial projects across New England.

You'll also be expected to attend technical classes and be registered with the state apprenticeship program, working steadily toward earning your Journeyman license.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Basic understanding of mechanical tools and hand tools
  • Willingness to learn and take direction

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable using basic electronic communication tools (e.g., email)

What You Bring:

Education & Training:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Enrollment in or willingness to register with the MA state apprenticeship program
  • Vocational school training in HVAC/R trades is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience is HIGHLY desired.

Certifications:

  • Must be a registered Massachusetts Apprentice or eligible for registration
  • Valid Driver's License preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
