Position Details

  • Title: CNA / HHA / PCA
  • Location: Herndon, Reston, Chantilly, Sterling, Ashburn, Centreville
  • Service Area: Fairfax/Loudoun County
  • Schedule: Flexible shifts available – day, evening, night and weekends
  • Pay: Competitive pay based on experience, with biweekly direct deposit

Key Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, professional care in clients' homes

Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals

Monitor and report any changes in client health

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment

Requirements

  • Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training program)
  • Valid TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
    Reliable transportation for travel within Loudoun County

    Excellent communication skills and a caring, team-oriented mindset
