Position Summary

All Juice is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our daily production, packaging, and delivery operations. You'll oversee everything from cold-press juicing and inventory management to logistics, merchandising, and customer fulfillment.

This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for health, wellness, and leadership. You'll work directly with ownership and our marketing team to scale operations, support sales, and keep production running smoothly as we continue to grow regionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day operations of All Juice production and bottling.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and ordering of produce and materials.
• Operate cold-press juicers and ensure consistent quality and flavor in every batch.
• Maintain high food-safety standards and proper sanitation of all equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members as production scales.
• Manage fulfillment and deliveries to customers and retail partners.
• Track production metrics, costs, and performance goals.
• Partner with sales and marketing to prepare for product launches and promotions.
• Keep the production area organized, compliant, and audit-ready.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude that inspires the team daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food production, beverage, or operations experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with technology (email, scheduling, inventory tracking).
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong follow-through.
• Must be passionate about health, wellness, and quality products.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver equipment safely.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment when needed.

Other Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate cold-press machinery.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license.

Shift

• Currently Part-Time
• Morning and evening shifts as needed

Weekly Day Range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability (as needed for large orders or special events)
• Occasional weekend events (farmers markets, promotions, and community events)

Ability to Commute:

• 4949 Stickney Ave. Toledo, OH office & operations) — Reliably commute required

Compensation

• $18–$22.00/hour base pay (depending on experience)
• Commission on bottle sales + new account bonuses
