Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, the nation's leader in luxury bath and shower experience, is seeking a motivated and experienced Installation Manager to join our team As the Installation Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the installation process, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN INSTALLATION MANAGER:

  • Lead and manage a team of installation technicians to ensure timely and high-quality results.
  • Train new installation technicians and provide ongoing coaching to grow their skills.
  • Develop and maintain installation schedules and assign tasks to the install team.
  • Perform measures and job site visits to ensure installations meet company and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies on all job sites.
  • Track installation metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make those suggestions to leadership to increase efficiency and effectiveness of installations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • 5 years of demonstrated construction knowledge with at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Working knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to job sites and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software a plus
