The Belmont is Aronimink Golf Club's newest addition - a vibrant, resort-style dining and recreation facility featuring a poolside restaurant, fitness center, indoor/outdoor bar, and casual dining spaces for members and guests. The Belmont brings a fresh, energetic experience to the Club while maintaining the exceptional service standards that define Aronimink. We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Servers to join our team at The Belmont. Aronimink Golf Club is a private Platinum Golf Club, located just outside of Philadelphia in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The Club has a rich history dating back to 1896. One of the premier golf clubs in America, we are currently ranked as a Top 10 Platinum Golf Club in America. Aronimink Golf Club is set to hold the prestigious 2026 PGA Championship in May 2026.

• Welcome Members with warmth and professionalism, escorting them to their tables to create a positive first impression.
• Learn and understand the full menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, so you can make informed recommendations.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders in NorthStar POS, noting special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Deliver orders promptly and gracefully, maintaining polished service and professional composure.
• Suggest appetizers, desserts, or premium beverages to elevate the Member experience and support revenue goals.
• Engage with Members throughout their dining experience, anticipating needs and resolving concerns with care.
• Ensure tables are properly set, stocked, and maintained to service standards.
• Work seamlessly with kitchen staff, bartenders, and teammates to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness of your work area.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and uphold all service and safety standards.
• Serve alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Club policies.
• Report issues or concerns promptly to management.
• Follow all policies and procedures while modeling high standards of conduct.

• At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Someone with strong communication and guest relations skills who thrives in a hospitality setting.
• Flexible and reliable, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and major holidays.
• Professional and polished in appearance, arriving on time and ready to work in full uniform.
• Able to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs. independently (and more with assistance), and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, able to follow directions, read, write, and maintain focus under pressure.
• Committed to safety, sanitation, and service excellence.
• Previous country club or fine dining experience is preferred, but not required.
• RAMP certified or willing to become certified (training provided by the Club).
