A sophisticated commercial litigation and product liability defense practice is expanding its Southern California team and seeking a mid- to senior-level Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who thrive in courtroom-driven practices and want to take a leading role in defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in complex warranty and product liability matters.
The firm's litigation group is known for its trial-forward approach, giving attorneys significant responsibility in arbitration, motion practice, and courtroom proceedings. Attorneys work closely with experienced litigators and benefit from exposure to nationally significant matters involving regulated industries and high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct trial and arbitration proceedings, including opening statements and closing arguments
• Examine and cross-examine witnesses in complex litigation matters
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in warranty and product liability actions
• Collaborate with litigation teams to deliver strong client outcomes
