HumanBlu is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead our Human Optimization & Recovery Department. What You'll Do

Lead & Innovate Clinical Services

  • Oversee all rehabilitation and recovery programming, integrating traditional physical therapy with HumanBlu's advanced modalities (ARX Fit, Proteus, Vasper, Juvent, Red Light Therapy, PEMF, EWOT, Cryotherapy, and more).
  • Develop progressive treatment plans that bridge the gap between rehabilitation and peak performance.

Collaborate Across Pillars

  • Partner with our Naturopathic Medical Team and Aesthetic Division to deliver comprehensive care plans supporting recovery, longevity, and cellular regeneration.

Client Care & Education

  • Conduct detailed assessments, movement screenings, and ongoing progress tracking.
  • Educate clients on injury prevention, mobility, and performance longevity.

Drive Outcomes & Growth

  • Establish measurable success metrics including pain reduction, mobility improvement, and functional strength gains.
  • Contribute to departmental goals including patient retention, referral growth, and community outreach.

Stay Ahead of the Curve

  • Research and implement emerging therapeutic modalities that align with regenerative medicine and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Active Arizona PT license (or eligible for licensure).
  • 3+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports performance, or rehabilitation.
  • Experience with technology-driven recovery systems and data-based performance metrics preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for integrative, longevity-focused care.
