Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients by helping to manage patient care between chiropractic, physical therapy, pain management and wellness departments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of medical terminology.

Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
  • Provide information to patients regarding procedures, treatments, and office policies.
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments as necessary.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification processes.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications

  • Polish Speaking, Ukrainian speaking is a plus
  • Previous experience in medical administrative support is preferred.
  • Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
