Job Summary

As the Customer Relations Specialist, you'll be the face of our client's brand—interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This is a people-first role that requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up and maintain customer relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in face-to-face sales, retail, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus)
