Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced 
Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant
 with a strong background in Supply Chain modules and integration with MES systems. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of 
technical expertise and functional understanding
 of Oracle SCM processes to support, enhance, and optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide techno-functional support for 
    Oracle EBS SCM modules
     including 
    Inventory, Work in Process (WIP), and Configure-to-Order (CTO)
    .
  • Develop, customize, and troubleshoot Oracle EBS components (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
  • Integrate and support multiple 
    MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
     environments.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of SCM processes.
  • Support end-to-end testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience as an 
    Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant
     in 
    SCM
     modules.
  • Strong hands-on experience with 
    Inventory, WIP, CTO, and related SCM setups
    .
  • Experience integrating Oracle EBS with 
    MES or shop-floor systems
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow
    .
  • Good understanding of 
    Order to Cash (O2C)
     and 
    Procure to Pay (P2P)
     flows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in manufacturing or high-tech industries.
  • Exposure to 
    Oracle Cloud SCM
     or transition projects is a plus.
