  • Define and test DR/BCP (tiering, RTO/RPO, tabletop and failover exercises) with business continuity, Risk, CISO, and platform owners.

Integration & M&A IT

  • Lead IT due diligence, Day-1 readiness, Day-100 integration, identity/domain consolidation, application and data cutovers, and vendor novations.
  • Build reusable playbooks to onboard acquisitions quickly; support frequent small acquisitions and several large transactions annually without service disruption.

  • Implement end-to-end ITAM for hardware and software (standards, catalogs, license compliance, usage optimization, secure disposition).
  • Align device lifecycle and license management with budgeting and sustainability goals.

Budgeting, Vendor & Telecom

  • Own the IT budget (OpEx/CapEx), FinOps for cloud/SaaS, and chargeback/showback transparency.
  • Govern strategic vendor relationships and sourcing; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
  • Own telecom/UCaaS/conferencing/contact-center strategy, inventory, and spend optimization across regions.

Security, Compliance & Risk (in partnership)

  • Partner with the CISO to embed security baselines, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, identity governance, and incident response into operations.
  • Support audits and regulatory obligations; align with frameworks and regional requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR operational impacts).

People & Culture
