Account Representative

As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. Wwe provide hands-on training in sales, communication, leadership, territory management, networking, and management skills. You'll also gain experience delivering simple presentations and building strong professional relationships.
This role is designed for individuals eager to learn, grow, and advance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with Customers: Represent our clients by connecting with customers and helping them find the best services for their needs.
- Engage In-Person: Connect with customers face-to-face in a professional and friendly manner.
- Drive Results: Generate sales within existing customer accounts and work to expand new business.
- Team Collaboration: Work with a passionate, supportive team that celebrates your wins.
- Learn & Grow: Take part in weekly development meetings, hands-on training, and opportunities to travel across the Midwest.
