Facility is located at 65 Sea Cliff Ave. Glen Cove, NY We are looking for a professional Operations Associate who can help with Picking & Packing. The successful candidate will be responsible for properly picking meal orders, packing boxes, and keeping a sanitized work area. We are seeking an individual who has experience in the food service and warehouse industry and is committed to impeccable attention to detail, which is very important for our clients and business. Must have at least one (1) year of experience, but willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for a full time employees. Hours are in the overnght and early morning (1:00 AM Start) , 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Must be able to work weekends. Must have proper paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick meal orders
  • Properly package boxes for shipping
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Adhere strictly to food safety and health guidelines
  • Assist with general kitchen duties, including equipment cleaning and waste disposal
  • Properly label and store ingredients and prepared items
  • Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods
  • Comfortable with repetitive motions (labeling, bagging)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 LB as needed
