  • Experience in caregiving or a related field (preferred)
  • Active CNA or HCA certification, or willingness to earn one (training + tuition assistance available)
  • Able to commute reliably throughout Port Orchard and nearby areas
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance
  • Comfortable using a Hoyer Lift or willing to learn
  • CPR/First Aid knowledge is a plus

  • Assist with bedtime routines, personal care, safe transfers, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and overnight supervision
  • Give medication reminders
  • Prepare light meals or snacks as needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
  • Document care and report any changes
