As a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
, Your Impact Is Vital as you lead the recruitment in assigned areas while working to identify, attract, and hire top talent. You'll source candidates through multiple channels, conduct phone screens, guide hiring leaders through our interview process and ensure a seamless candidate experience. In this role, you'll balance operational excellence with a commitment to compliance, and customer service — all while helping to build a workforce that changes lives.

What You'll Do

  • Provide recruitment support by sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates to meet staffing goals.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to develop customized sourcing strategies, conduct intake sessions, and align on ideal candidate profiles.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, assess candidates against position requirements, and present qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through job boards, career fairs, social media, networking, and outreach to community and diversity organizations.
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes while monitoring pipeline quality and quantity to meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, employment regulations, and EEO requirements.
  • Deliver an excellent experience for candidates and hiring leaders through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on effective interviewing practices and support consistent use of the hiring model.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Talent Acquisition team.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in full life-cycle recruitment, ideally in a high-volume or healthcare environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels (job boards, social media, community outreach, career fairs).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring leaders and provide consultative support.
  • Commitment to compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on creating a positive candidate and leader experience.

Requirements
Knowledge & Education

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience interviewing and selecting qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices, including legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements, required.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques and strong negotiation/selling skills required.

Experience

  • Minimum of three years of related experience required.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems required (UKG/Workday preferred).

  • Ability to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a variable workload with multiple priorities.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
