Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting high-end vehicles to meet sales targets. Multilingual abilities and experience with CRM software are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and streamline sales processes. As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will play a key role in representing our brand, expanding our customer base, and supporting dealership growth through effective sales strategies. Duties
- Engage in outbound and B2B sales efforts to attract new customers and expand market reach
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms to close deals effectively
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management processes
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales management team to ensure smooth operations from lead generation to closing deals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new vehicle models
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with dealership experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management, and retail math calculations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and public speaking skills
- Ability to work independently in sales environments while maintaining team collaboration
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of automotive inventory control, marketing strategies, and high-end sales techniques
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling, outbound sales, and upselling
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Valid driver's license is required for client meetings or test drives as needed
