Waste Warriors – Driver / Independent Contractor Wanted

Waste Warriors is seeking energetic, fast, and professional laborers/drivers to join our growing network of independent contractors. If you have a full size pickup truck (with or without trailer), box truck, dump truck, or any vehicle capable of towing a trailer, we want to work with you

We are looking for 2 people for the chicago area. Along with surrounding areas of the surrounding chicago area.

your pay fully depends on how often you work. The more jobs your do, the more jobs that will appear on your schedule.

What This Position Offers

  • Be your own boss — choose the jobs you want in your area

  • Weekly pay
  • You get 60% commission from the revenue made from the company from every job. Which means what the customer pays is not the amount your pay is calculated from.
  • All tips are yours (electronic tips are taxed)
  • 100% of profits from metal recycling or reselling non-donatable items
  • Covered under our commercial auto insurance while on the job

Job Responsibilities

Most jobs you'll accept will be donation pickups. Your role will include:

  • Driving to the client's location
  • Providing the client with a final quote
  • Loading and taking possession of the item(s)
  • Collecting payment from the client
  • Delivering all acceptable items to a donation center
  • If an item cannot be donated, taking it to the landfill
  • If a donation center rejects large furniture or similar items, you may resell them and keep 100% of the profit

How You Earn

  • You receive 60% commission for every job you complete
  • Paid out weekly
  • Tips = 100% yours
  • Metal recycling profits = 100% yours
  • Sold non-donatable items = 100% profit for you

Since this is not an hourly position, you are responsible for your own expenses (fuel, landfill fees, paying helpers, etc.).

Requirements

  • Must own a full size pickup truck, box truck, dump truck, or tow-capable vehicle with trailer.
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must carry vehicle insurance
  • Must be fast, reliable, professional, and customer-focused, be able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

Insurance

While working, you will be placed on our commercial auto insurance, which covers you during all jobs completed for Waste Warriors.
