Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

What You'll Do:As a DSP, you'll provide hands-on care and support to adults with developmental disabilities—helping them lead full, meaningful, and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care needs (bathing, hygiene, dressing)
Support meal preparation, feeding, and medication administration
Encourage and accompany individuals on community outings & recreational activities
Provide emotional support and social engagement
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
Fewer than 6 points on your driving record
