Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Global Quality & Compliance Engineer, located in Phoenix, AZ. The engineer will be responsible for overseeing regulatory and product compliance processes, ensuring adherence to global standards, and managing safety protocols. Key duties include developing and maintaining compliance programs, monitoring product safety requirements, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with compliance objectives. The role will also require identifying and implementing improvements to compliance processes and addressing regulatory challenges effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Product Compliance and Regulatory Compliance processes
  • Proven ability in understanding and implementing Product Safety requirements
  • Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, data, and potential risks
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Experience in quality and compliance within industrial or energy-related industries is beneficial
  • Familiarity with international regulatory standards is an added advantage
