We are expanding rapidly across Tennessee and are hiring a Territory Field Representative to help grow the Memphis market. This is a unique, hybrid role that blends territory sales, retail activation, and distributor support in one of the fastest-growing product categories in the U.S.

Compensation

  • $25/hr
  • 5% commission on all orders you influence
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • 1099 Independent Contractor

Stores typically reorder every 4–6 weeks, creating recurring commission cycles as your territory grows.

Core Responsibilities

1. All-Day In-Store Activations

Run full-day brand activation events, educate staff/customers, and build traffic for retailers.

2. Territory Sweeps (Up to 30 Stores/Day)

Introduce the brand, deliver marketing packets, install POS, and generate new accounts.

3. Wholesale Support Days

Spend designated days inside regional distribution hubs assisting retail buyers and supporting sell-through.

4. Territory Growth & Sales

Pitch store owners, help place opening orders, and support long-term reorders across Memphis.

Requirements

21+, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, communication skills, comfortable driving & store visits.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
