We are looking for a full time Window and Door Service Coordinator

*This position is located onsite and is not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Receive, process, and coordinate service requests for window and door evaluations and repairs.
• Schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient routing and timely response to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, including service history, customer interactions, work performed, follow up actions, and customer information in the company's database.
• Coordinate with service technicians, providing them with the necessary information and resources to perform service tasks effectively.
• Communicate with customers, keeping them informed of the status of service requests, scheduling changes, and any other pertinent information.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (customers, vendors, sales teams, any other internal as external team members) to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to service.
• Assist in the development and implementation of service procedures and standards to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Assist in training and onboarding new service technicians and coordinators.

Experience:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 5 years work experience in a customer facing position requiring a high level of technical knowledge, such as service or inside sales, preferably with windows or in the building products, millwork, or construction industry.
• Professional and personable phone etiquette including excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Effective and professional written communication
• Calm working under pressure with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Highly accurate order entry skills
• Attentive to details particularly concerning numbers and calculations using decimals, fractions, and lengths of measurement
• Problem solver, able to provide solutions and alternatives
• Organized and dependable
• Strong computer skills including a high level of proficiency using WORD, Excel and order entry software.
