What you'll do
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve drinks, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation and presentation for various events, including banquets and catering services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting, particularly in fine dining environments
Preferred qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions
- Experience in food handling and safety protocols
- Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations
- Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in beverage preparation
