We are looking for a Senior Cloud Solution Architect- AI Business Process to join our team. Here, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working on cutting-edge projects that leverage the latest technologies to drive meaningful impact. This is a customer-facing role, owning the AI business process applications-focused technical & business relationships and the technical, functional and/or governance strategies between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements.

As a Senior Cloud Solution Architect – AI Business Process, you will specialize in one of the following categories: Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform depending on your experience. You will guide the development of business solutions, provide deep technical insights and accelerate the growth of Microsoft Technology priorities. You'll work closely with partners to understand their technical requirements and business objectives to guide them through architectural design sessions, developing proof of concepts, and transitioning from legacy systems to modern cloud environments, ensuring that their solutions are optimized for performance and cost-efficiency.

We are currently looking for Senior Cloud Solution Architect – AI Business Process professionals to join our teams across various business groups, for varying customer sizes, in our enterprise, regulated, and partner services organizations. By applying to this role, you will be considered for multiple opportunities within Microsoft across the United States including locations beyond where the role is posted. Travel percentages will vary according to role.

Responsibilities

Customer Centricity

• Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers by leveraging AI Business Process (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Copilot Studio) expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes.
• Customer Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers back to the relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement.

Business Impact

• Consumption & Usage growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's AI Business Process value proposition to effectively drive usage and generate value from Microsoft technology investments via implementation advisory, performance efficiency, and organizational/operational excellence.
• Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of AI Business Process solutions and technical subject matter expertise. Lead the technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments. Deliver all work according to Microsoft best practices and policies and using repeatable Intellectual Property (IP).

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience?

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role.
• 6+ years experience leading technical projects.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
• 1+ year experience customizing, troubleshooting, and deploying Copilot Studio with one or more demonstratable production deployments
• 6+ years of experience customizing, tuning, troubleshooting, and deploying one or more of the following cloud-based systems:
• Dynamics 365 CE Solutions (Customer Service, Sales, and/or Field Service) and/or similar AI-powered CRM and ERP business applications
• Microsoft Power Platform (Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate) with Dataverse and/or similar suite of low-code tools to create intelligent agents for business processes

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
