About the Role
All For One Supportive Services LLC is seeking a Clinical BCBA Director to oversee ABA services across clinic and community settings. This hybrid position allows a mix of in-office, community-based, and remote work. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can complete assessments, provide supervision, ensure quality assurance, and deliver direct services as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and review initial assessments and reassessments (97151,
- Oversee clinical quality assurance, file audits, and documentation accuracy.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, student analysts, and RBTs.
- Deliver direct ABA services when needed to maintain continuity of care.
- Ensure compliance with DMAS, BACB, and HIPAA standards.
- Train and support clinical staff, ensuring ethical and effective service delivery.
- Review and approve treatment plans, graphs, and program modifications.
- Participate in staff meetings, family trainings, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (Virginia license required or eligible).
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience; leadership/supervision experience preferred.
- Skilled in conducting assessments, developing programs, and leading teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with clinic-based and in-home/community ABA programs.
- Familiarity with aba data base systems ;like hi Rasmus or CentralReach data systems.
- Experience in quality assurance or program oversight
Schedule & Pay
- Hybrid position: remote documentation + onsite supervision and assessments.
- Monday–Friday schedule, flexible hours.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
