Member Service Representative

Location: Crunch Fitness Marbach
Reports to: Manager

Your Impact
  As a Crunch MSR, you'll:
  • Greet every member and guest with energy and professionalism. 
  • Be the face of the front desk—checking members in, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. 
  • Drive membership sales by helping guests take the first step in their fitness journey. 
  • Communicate special events, promotions, and services to keep members engaged. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace. 
  • Assist with retail sales, scheduling member services, and processing payments. 
  • Stay informed about all club offerings—classes, schedules, and amenities. 
  • Collaborate with management and teammates to support smooth club operations, including opening and closing duties.
