What You'll Do
You'll be the first handshake and the friendly face behind the screen — the engine that turns curiosity into commitment. You'll work inbound and outbound leads, nurture interest, and help dealers see the value in LotSync's platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and enrollment goals
- Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting.
- Maximize utilization of multiple sales enablement systems, tools, and analytics
- Ensure dealer expectations are exceeded
- Reinforce value proposition with content and data through monthly ROI business reviews
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data, including market insights, to assist dealers in making educated business decisions
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Advocate for dealers during the implementation and onboarding of solutions
- Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions
- Conduct basic product walk-throughs and answer top-level dealer questions
- Log interactions and feedback to continuously improve dealer experience
- Achieve or exceed daily activity and monthly conversion goals
- Act as the voice of the customer internally — bringing insights and energy to the team

Who You Are
You've got drive — and maybe some dealership dust on your shoes. You're comfortable with the phone, confident in your communication, and curious about how technology is transforming the auto industry. You thrive in environments where you can make things happen.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is resourceful, scrappy and understands a startup environment
- Has 3+ years of experience in sales, BDC, or customer-facing roles
- Is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using CRM tools
- Loves solving problems and building relationships
- Communicates clearly, quickly, and authentically
- Is motivated by goals — and the thrill of hitting them
Bonus points for:
- Experience in dealership BDC or digital retailing
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Knowledge of the automotive or SaaS industries
Compensation
OTE: $100,000+
Base pay plus incentive
Other Details
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Valid driver's license required
- Regional travel for events or dealer visits required
