Responsibilities
We are seeking an accomplished
Pricing Analyst
to join our Pricing Team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cost estimating and pricing analysis, ensuring compliance with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and in compliance with regulatory requirements and Empower AI's disclosures. This role demands a strong understanding of government contracting practices and the ability to clearly present financial insights to senior leadership. This fast-paced position requires excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment. This is a high visibility role with opportunities for rapid growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cost volume development, including narrative writing, creation of cost exhibits, and financial documentation, to ensure all customer submittals are compliant with internal, federal, and solicitation requirements;
• Develop cost volume through collaboration with each functional area including contracts, subcontracts & procurement, capture management, finance, and operations to produce of a fully compliant, complete, compelling, and awardable cost proposal;
• Participate in proposal development and compliance meetings, such as pricing strategy discussions, price-to-win and risk reviews, and senior leadership approvals;
• Develop detailed pricing models to provide analysis and create the final customer deliverables using advanced Excel skills;
• Work on DoD and Federal Civilian agency RFP's and task order proposals of various sizes and complexity;
• Support all major contract types: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Firm Fixed Price Unit Pricing, Time and Materials (T/M), Cost-Plus, and IDIQ

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent related experience
• 5 - 9 years of experience
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel formulas and formatting
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and ability to balance multiple priorities
• Familiarity with understanding FAR, CAS, and DCAA/DCMA guidance
