What you'll do:

• Assembles boxes, inserts bags, and applies appropriate labels specific to the product being packaged
• Assembles Gaylords, inserts bags, and moves product to the appropriate location in the warehouse
• Opens and dumps the product into the hopper, then returns the carton to the production line
• Ensures cartons and bags are closed properly before moving to the carton sealer
• Keeps work area clean and organized
• Follows all safety procedures
• Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly
• Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP Pre-requisite Programs related to activities performed for this position.

What you'll need to have:

•     High School diploma or equivalent.

•     The ability to stand for long periods of time

•     The ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
