Who we are:
Chacon Autos is a reputable and well established, Texas-based business that has been around for over 65 years. We sell pre-owned vehicles to people looking for high-quality, low-mileage cars, trucks and SUVs - many of which are still under a factory warranty. We offer flexible credit terms for people with good credit, bad credit or no credit. We are the finance company for the majority of the vehicles we sell.
Job Responsibilities
Prioritize and maximize the conversion of leads that express interest in purchasing within the first 72 hours, the most critical window in the lead/sales cycle with the greatest impact on overall sales performance.
Monitors Speed-to Lead results and collaborates closely with the sales staff to ensure seamless lead handoff and timely follow-up.
Monitor and support the successful progression of leads from initial contact through to sale completion.
Work with the Deal Continuity Manager to provide lead oversight, offering strategic guidance and deal structure recommendations throughout the sales funnel.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement standardized strategies to improve lead handling and conversion rates.
Actively participate in the development and execution of remarketing strategies to re-engage dormant or lost leads.
Provide data-driven insights and reporting to track lead/sales performance.
Skills/Qualifications
Successful track record in Sales support, BDC or a corresponding dealership department.
Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems.
The ability to manage a high volume of leads, calls, and dealership activities simultaneously.
Quick response time and strong follow-up skills.
A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and strong communication skills.
Ability tosynthesize diverse ideas into cohesive, results-driven strategies.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Experience working with multiple teams to achieve common goals, preferred.
