We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our front desk team and help create a welcoming experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

  • Greet clients warmly and make them feel at home in our clinic
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
  • Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support the medical team by coordinating client communications and updating patient files

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with both clients and pets
  • Comfort using computers and practice management software
