We're looking for a
Game Designer
who can turn ideas into unforgettable gameplay, someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. From the first spark of a concept to the thrill of launch day, you'll help shape gaming experiences that captivate players and push boundaries.

Responsabilities:

• Take ownership of your projects (and occasionally lead others') from concept to post-launch, ensuring every milestone hits quality and creativity targets.
• Design engaging game mechanics, systems, and flows that bring ideas to life and resonate with players.
• Create detailed documentation that captures the heart of your design, from UI/UX flows and game rules to features and scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with artists, developers, mathematicians, and sound designers to build seamless and cohesive gameplay experiences.
• Clearly communicate project scope, design vision, and feedback to the broader development team.
• Playtest, analyze, and refine designs using data and player feedback to craft experiences that feel just right.
• Work with mathematicians to achieve perfect game balance and satisfying progression.
• Stay curious — track industry trends, new mechanics, and emerging technologies, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of game design experience (formal education or hands-on experience welcome)
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work smoothly across disciplines and time zones.
• A creative mind with the drive to explore new game genres, styles, and mechanics.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, you can pitch an idea and make others feel it.
• Solid project management instincts to keep ideas moving from prototype to launch.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail, you know how to make a great idea even better.
• A deep passion for gaming and an understanding of what makes players tick.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and
• Experience with Adobe Suite
• A background in mathematics or programming (because numbers matter, too)
• Experience collaborating across studios or time zones.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving creative environment.
