Sr. Customer Operations Representative
to work with one of our largest financial group clients.
This role is working a hybrid schedule that consists of going into the St. Paul, MN office at least one day per week.

Job Description

Overview

These positions are processing roles. This team services life contracts. The team reviews requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness, as well as some follow-up work as needed. Attention to detail is critical for this role, as well as customer service and written communication skills to draft letters that make sense and are free of typos. These roles work very autonomously, and it is essential that the worker is a go-getter who doesn't need constant direction from their manager. The manager tracks productivity by pulling reports to see how many items have been closed.

Life Insurance Contract Processor

Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:

  • Administer title change requests, including contract ownership, name changes, contract assignment,s and beneficiary designations.
  • Process service code changes.
  • Respond to contract administration service inquiries from policyholders and assigned field customers via telephone and written correspondence.
  • Flex pay
  • Apply the premium of loan payments
  • Monitor and handle assigned reports associated with administrative processing to meet required deadlines.

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure (organizational skills, ability to prioritize), to meet deadlines.
  • Positive service and team approach.

Must be authorized to work in the United States
