Communications Manager

Full Time, Onsite position

Join Outdoor Adventures, Venture Out Resorts, and Ocean Canyon Resorts — a growing network of RV resorts and campgrounds across the U.S. We're looking for a creative and strategic Communications Manager to lead storytelling, brand messaging, and internal/external communications across our family of companies.

Position Summary

Serve as a strategic storyteller, brand steward, and organizational voice for Outdoor Adventures, Venture Out Resorts, and Ocean Canyon Resorts. Execute a company-wide communications strategy across platforms; handle day-to-day communications, social engagement, media relations, and content creation. Work cross-functionally and serve as a direct contact for external stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute company-wide communications and media strategies
  • Create press releases, newsletters, email campaigns, and digital content
  • Manage brand consistency and strengthen our public image
  • Oversee social media strategy and content direction
  • Coordinate media relations and internal staff communications
  • Lead crisis communications and reputation management efforts

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in communications or public/media relations
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS tools, and social media platforms
