POSITION SUMMARY

The Property Liaison is a field-based role responsible for ensuring properties are guest-ready, well-maintained, and professionally represented. This position supports both short-term and long-term rental operations through property checks, inspections, showings, supply coordination, and light maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently across multiple properties.

A company vehicle is provided during business hours for work-related travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Readiness & Inspections

  • Check vacant properties to ensure they are fully guest-ready prior to arrivals

  • Conduct routine property inspections and document conditions using company systems

  • Perform move-in walkthroughs with long-term tenants

  • Identify, document, and report maintenance or cleanliness issues

Showings & Tenant Interaction

  • Show available long-term rental properties to prospective tenants

  • Serve as a professional point of contact for tenants and internal teams

  • Communicate observations and feedback to the property management staff

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues including smart locks and access systems

  • Change air filters and perform other light, non-licensed maintenance tasks

  • Deliver and install replacement items as needed

  • Escalate larger maintenance concerns appropriately

Logistics & Supply Management

  • Purchase supplies from approved local vendors

  • Deliver supplies to properties as needed

  • Prepare and distribute weekly cleaning supply kits for cleaning teams

  • Maintain organization of supplies and inventory and keep linens in office laundered

General Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper use of the company vehicle

  • Follow all safety, driving, and company policies

  • Support additional operational projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in a customer service–focused role required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Ability to quickly adapt to and effectively use technology

  • Must own and maintain a personal smartphone capable of running required work-related applications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

  • Physically able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to perform light physical tasks including walking properties, climbing stairs, bending, and standing

  • Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or maintenance is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE

  • Field-based position with frequent travel between properties

  • Combination of indoor and outdoor work

  • Schedule may require flexibility

  • Company vehicle provided for business use during working hours only

TECHNOLOGY NOTICE

Use of a personal smartphone is required for job-related applications. Any applicable reimbursement or stipend will be provided in accordance with company policy.

Pay: $30, $40,000.00 per year
