A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in an elementary school setting in Boston, MA, offering a contract from November 1 through June 2026. This opportunity provides the chance to support a caseload of 55 elementary students, delivering essential speech and language services to help enhance communication skills during the school day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students with diverse communication needs.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Document therapy sessions and prepare reports in compliance with school policies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve educational outcomes.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Eligibility for or current licensure as a School Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Open to Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (CF) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with relevant training.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families.

Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM.
  • Based in a vibrant elementary school environment in Boston, MA.
  • Contract duration from November 1 through June 2026.
