Preferred Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
Required Minimum Experience
- Five years of experience
- Three years supply chain experience – deep experience in select areas of expertise combined with a broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain
- Demonstrated leadership experience on multiple cross-functional transformation projects
Preferred Experience
- Two to three years business and/or technology consulting skills of project planning, process re-engineering, and systems integration
Abilities And Skills
Supply Chain
- Supply chain experience in selected area(s) of expertise (e.g. Inventory Management, Inbound Transportation, Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Delivery)
- Broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain and required integration with other functions (e.g. merchandising, sales, customer support, accounting, finance)
Leadership
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to connect in a credible manner with leadership
- Able to drive consensus among key stakeholders with diverse needs and interests
- Collaborative team player who can synthesize feedback and direction from multiple stakeholders
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain trust-based partnership relationships at multiple levels of the organization
- Contribute to, and execute stakeholder alignment plans that proactively manage business change
Problems Solving, Planning and Organizing
- Strong understanding and demonstrated capability for solving complex problems in a structured way
- Strong skills in project planning, process design, and project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and meeting deadlines
Communication
- Strong communicator who can create impactful presentations to project sponsors and leaders
- Able to appropriately tailor messages synchronize, socialize, and cascade communications
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
Analytics and Measures
- Strong skills in business measurement definition and tracking (e.g. KPIs)
- Able to construct project business case
- Possesses a strong general business acumen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
